Delivery Information

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If the transaction falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the goods are usually dispatched on the next working day. For delivery within Germany and the EU, we charge a flat rate:

DHL Packet* - Lieferzeit DE 1-3 day

Deutsche Post Waren Sendung EU - Lieferzeit EU 5-10 day

* For delivery within Germany, DHL is used as the shipping partner, under 10 St - 3€ flat rate, from 11 St  5€ flat rate. You will be informed by email about receipt of payment and shipping of your order. Shipping with DHL Paket is insured, with shipment tracking. There are no other taxes or costs within the EU
